Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal via the "Withdraw from contract" function provided on our website during the withdrawal period. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt without delay on a durable medium, for example by email, containing information about the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract, to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns, Damaged and Incorrectly Delivered Goods

Returning goods after withdrawal

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please send the goods within fourteen days of declaring your withdrawal to the return address given above.

Contacting us in advance by email is not a requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. However, it does help us process your return more quickly.

Please pack the goods appropriately and securely for the return journey. Where available, you can use the original shipping packaging for this.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by the right of withdrawal.

Photos of the damaged goods and the shipping packaging can help us process the matter quickly. Sending photos is not a requirement for your statutory rights.

For legitimate warranty claims, you will not incur any costs for the required return shipment.
